Instagrov is committed to providing our customers with high-quality social media growth services. However, we understand that there may be times when a customer is not satisfied with our services. In these cases, we offer a 7-day refund policy.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- You must have purchased a social media growth plan from Instagrov within the past 7 days.
- You must have contacted Instagrov customer support within the past 7 days to request a refund.
- You must not have violated any of Instagrov’s terms of service.
Non-refundable purchases
The following purchases are not eligible for a refund:
- One-time services, such as social media account audits or content creation.
- Monthly or annual subscription plans that have been cancelled after the first 7 days of service.
- Purchases made using a third-party payment processor, such as PayPal or Amazon Pay.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, please contact Instagrov customer support at [email protected] or [phone number]. Please be sure to include your order number and the reason for your refund request.
Processing refunds
Once we have received your refund request, we will process it within 2-3 business days. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method used to purchase the service.
Note: Instagrov may reserve the right to deny a refund if the customer has violated any of Instagrov’s terms of service.
